I reserve the right to decline a commission proposal without having to give a reason. The commissioner is expected to keep a pleasant tone throughout our communication.

Payment must be made after 48 hours. Once 48 hours with no payment passed, I will re-open the slot.

I'll only start working on your commission once payment has been made.

I do not offer refunds after the sketch phase. If you cancel the commission in the sketch phase, 75% of the payment will be refunded. If I however have to cancel the commission for various reasons I will fully refund you.

You are not allowed to let other artists finish cancelled commissions, neither are you allowed to use the cancelled piece if I retain no payment.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to remove my signature from the commissioned piece. You may repost it to another site as long as you give credit.

I reserve the right to post the finished commission to my social medias and use it as examples.

My art may not be used commercially.

I will not accept commissions with deadlines.

Please allow me up to 3-4 months to complete a piece. I will always do my best to communicate with the commissioner.

I offer major edits in the sketch phase up to 3 times, minor edits are unlimited within reason. I will not make edits to the finished piece.

I require a visual reference of the character, as I do not work with descriptions only.

Do not use my art for NFTs and do not use my art for AI related things.

My designs may not be used if you do not have legal ownership over them.

I do not send out JPEGs/low quality files. Please make sure that the design image(s) are PNGs and properly credited on toyhou.se before acquiring a design from someone that was made by me!

It is also recommended that you do not post unwatermarked images to avoid your adopt becoming a target for art and design theft.

I do not encourage Co-Ownerships, and will not be held responsible for issues arising because of it.

I will not give out refunds for adoptables. Please make sure you want the design beforehand and do not back out on your offer.

I allow holds for payments for up to a week, and payment plans can be discussed. If a payment plan is requested, 25% of the price is required upfront and cannot be refunded.

If you file a chargeback against me after acquiring an adoptable I retain the right to revoke the design and sell it to someone else. Furthermore will you be blacklisted from owning any of my designs and a PSA will be published.

Do not resell any of my designs for a higher price if they do not come with any extra commissioned art.

Gifting/Trading my designs is fine as long as those are not being resold without additional commissioned art.

You are allowed to make changes to the design once you own it, but please do not draw over/edit my original art.

You are not allowed to make a closed/open species out of the designs I sell.

Designs by me are only allowed to be used commercially if they were acquired for 100€+ from me originally.
